Welcome USTARS Participants Michael Brown and Ayomide Ogunsakin!

The Department of Anesthesiology is thrilled to welcome two USTARS participants this summer—Michael Brown from Meharry Medical College and Ayomide Ogunsakin from Howard University, as part of the 2024 USTARS program!

USTARS is a 6-week program aimed at rising stars in academic surgery and anesthesiology. It exposes rising MS2 medical students to research opportunities, OR shadowing, and more through mentorship and a formal curriculum. We're so excited to have you here!
