Expanding Opportunities in Academic Medicine: USTARS

The Utah Summer Training Academy for Rising Stars (USTARS) is a six-week immersive program designed to provide hands-on learning, faculty mentorship, and research exposure for medical students exploring careers in academic anesthesiology and surgery.

As part of our commitment to fostering mentorship and professional growth, WeCARE supports initiatives like USTARS that help future anesthesiologists gain clinical experience, career guidance, and access to world-class faculty mentors.
