Annual Anesthesia Show and Tell Night

After a hiatus during the pandemic, the Department convened another edition of the annual “Anesthesia Show and Tell Night.”  Under the direction of Dr. Betty Boucher and colleagues, family and friends of the department’s faculty and resident staff gathered in the Simulation Center to illustrate a day in the life of an anesthesiologist.  Partners, kids, and friends were able to try procedures, examine monitoring signals, and participate in emergency situations requiring CPR.   The assembled crowd enjoyed a fun time learning about what anesthesiologists do each day.  And all the simulated patients were saved by the team, which included several toddlers who learned a bit about CPR!
