The Department of Anesthesiology announces the biggest gift in its history. Called “The Fine Family Visiting Professor Program,” the endowment will support 4 visiting lecturers each year, addressing topics in anesthesiology, perioperative and pain medicine. In addition to Grand Rounds and Research Conference presentations, the visiting lecturers will also engage in mentoring and networking activities as part of faculty development efforts. The Department is grateful to Dr. Perry Fine and his family for their generosity that will benefit the Department in perpetuity.
